  1. I love swiss chard!! We always grow it in our garden. It reminds me of beat greens without the red in it.

  2. I’d never had swiss chard before, but for some reason grew it last year, and made this recipe (I didn’t make up the recipe, somebody else gets the credit for this delicious little bit of heaven). This year, I’m planting *lots* of it. If I have enough, I’ll juice it as well as make this recipe several times. I’m already salivating. 🙂

  3. Swiss chard is YUMMY, is what it is. It’s a leafy green, more tender than kale or collards, and my three-year-old thinks it’s the best thing ever. It can be sort of spendy, though, when it’s out of season.

  4. I would be leery of eating fish and soy while pregnant (or anytime for that matter). I guess I have been influenced by Dr. Mercola’s website even though I don’t agree with a lot of what he says, those to things just make sense to me of things to avoid.

  5. I chop up Swiss chard very finely, and add it to things like pasta or burrito meat. That way no one tastes it!

  6. Swiss Chard is a leafy green, like kale. It’s a little bitter, but really delicious. Caramelize onions and toss in the chard at the end for just a few minutes. Delish!
