tag*a*long Review and Give Away

Sponsored by Tomoson.com

I got the opportunity to review a tag*a*long.  This is a simple tool that allows a child to hold onto a stroller or shopping cart without the risk of running over their toes.  I only wish I had gotten it 2 days earlier!  We went to Sea World and had the cousins with us.  It was very crowded so we had the 2 year old in the stroller and the 4 and 5 year old holding onto the stroller as we navigated the crowd.  They were really good about holding on, but it is a challenge to steer a stroller with a child holding onto it.  We also ran over each boys feet a few times during the day.

Safe with room to move!

When I got the tag-a-long in the mail I thought it was brilliant.  It is so simple yet gives that extra bit of room so your older child can hold onto the “stroller” via the tag-a-long, but will be far enough away from it while walking to avoid getting their toes run over.  It is also easier to steer this way too.

We took it on a test run around the neighborhood and it works great!  I am looking forward to using it on our next big outing with cousins.

Here is a front view.  The stroller is empty because T3 is my baby.  He still likes to sit in the stroller sometimes.  But on this walk he got to hold onto the tag*a*long.

I am going to be bringing this with me to Target and the Grocery Store.  He is too big to fit in the seats and he is pretty good about holding the cart, but I run over his toes sometimes.  With the tag*a*long he can hold on and have happy toes too.

  1. I’ve been meaning to enter this giveaway for a while! This looks like a really useful thing to have and I would definitely use it now that my son is getting bigger and it is easier for him to ride in the stroller and my daughter to walk. I already follow your RSS feed and I already like EnjoyBirth on Facebook. I just liked tag*a*long on Facebook and I will schedule a blog post about this giveaway and let you know when it posts.

  2. This would be perfect for me as almost every day I have two kids holding onto the stroller (one from each side) as the third is sitting in it (who is almost two and getting two heavy for me to just wear everywhere we go). Anyway, sounds like a great product and I’d love to try it! 🙂
I just liked your Enjoy Birth page on facebook as well as the tag*a*long facebook page.
    Thanks!

  3. I just started getting your newsletter via email and was excited to see a giveaway the very first newletter I received. I am a mother to an 18 mo old daughter and am pregnant with my second due March 21. I think the tag along will be very useful this summer when we are out and about. I posted a like on face book at both the tagalong site and the EnjoyBirth page. I also added you to my rss feed list.
Thanks for all you do. I wish there were people like you closer to me in MO. I am doing the4 hypno babies at home course but would prefer to do it in a class setting.
Thanks again and hope I am a lucky winner. :o)
