Last year I set a goal to get a new Entertainment Center. I forgot about the goal until our TV broke right before Christmas. I scoured the internet for an Entertainment Center that I liked and that had storage. I found one and there was an outlet about an hour drive away where we got it for around $700. I was thrilled.

We got the TV set up and other random things ended up in it. So here I had this great storage place and little was stored in it.

Time to Organize

I emptied all the movies out of my dining hutch. I also got all the Wii remotes out of the sock drawers (by the shoe basket) I labeled things. (Didn’t love the labels and ended up with a label maker – but that is a future post!)

I found baskets (piled up in my room, the pile has been growing since October) I then had the almost finished product.

I realized I needed a label maker to make pretty labels and I also needed some baskets which would fit on the drawers and were dark. So I had a fun trip to Micheals.
