The Hypnobabies Home Study is a complete Hypnosis for Childbirth Program that you can do at home.
The Home Study Advantage Class is a private class lasting about 90 minutes.
In this class you
- will learn more about Transformation
- will learn more about the pushing stage of birth
- will learn how to put all of your Hypnobabies cues, techniques and scripts to use.
- will watch birth videos
- will do a Birth Rehearsal to become familiar with how all of your Hypnobabies tools work together as you practice them in different positions and scenarios.
- can bring your birth partner and even your doula to this class so everyone can participate in the Birth Rehearsal
- will gain confidence with your techniques.
