52 Goals – Hard to do some when DH isn’t on board!

  • Buy and install New blinds for Dining Area and Bedroom – We got the quotes – now we need to choose.  This won’t be easy.  We have a HUGE window to cover and a few different options and prices.
  • Be active participant in my 3 book clubs (4th on months only when it is feasible) –  I am now IN CHARGE of the school book club, which meets weekly.  So definitely an active participant in that.  I host another book club this week.  We read Simplicity Parenting, I am excited to hear how everyone liked it.

HEALTH

  • walk 4 times a week – NO
  • Cook healthy homemade meals 3 times a week – 2 times.
  • Make a Weekly Meal Plan – No, I really should.
  • Eat as a Family 3 times a week.  – OK I am a little mad about this one.  I know it was a crazy week and I shouldn’t be mad.  But DH was home early on a night that I had cooked.  Dinner was just about ready and I was SO excited.  We get to eat together tonight!  I litteraly shouted with glee.  But he was not excited and was stressed out because he and T1 needed to leave in 40 minutes and there wasn’t time.  I put the food on the table and people ate in shifts.  I was pissed. It apparently isn’t something that is a priority to him.  Maybe I need to cut him out of this family thing too (see praying as family below)  He is so busy, he doesn’t have time to do things with us.
  • Loose 15 pounds – Using Weight Release Program –   Took a few weeks off, with the trip and being sick and crazy week last week.  I was still listening to CDs at night, but I got out the workbook today and started the next section.

HOUSE

  • Keep the Kitchen Table CLEAN! – Getting better, I cleaned ¾ of it this morning.  The stuff that is left on is DH and a small pile for the boys.

SPIRITUAL

  • Pray and read scriptures as a family every day.  – Well I gave up on praying with DH in the morning.  So the boys and I read and prayed 3 times this week in the morning.
  • Family Home Evening (family night/planning and game) Every Week. Yes – so far every week.
  • Be on time to church each week – Missed church this week – spent day with family friend who was in San Diego for the day.
  • Study Scriptures Daily –5 days.
  • Pray Daily – yes
