I totally came up with this idea!
My friend Angela was also my Hypnobabies Student and doula client a year or so ago. She loves birth almost as much as me. Her DH planned a surprise party for her birthday and it was going to be at her neighbors house, T. who happened to be very pregnant and one of my Hypnobabies students too.
T. was trying to think of a good way to lure Angela to her house for the party. I thought of the mucus plug idea.
This is what T. texted Angela
Hey are you home? I know you still have company but I think my mucus plug is in the toilet! I promise there is only pee in there. I want you to check it out!
Angela texted back
I’m almost home!!! So exciting!!
