Anterior Babies – for a Better Birth?

I loved my Spinning Babies Workshop, because it really clarified to me why births tend to go much easier if baby is in an Anterior position.

Anterior babies are facing the moms back, with their spine close to the moms belly, they tend to be facing the right or the left.  (As one of my Hypnobabies moms said to help her remember -“Anterior babies face your A**)

By being in this position, they are all set up to easily slide down and out.
