Birth Movement Book Review

I loved this book, Birth Movement .  It is filled with pictures of different positions moms can use during their birth.

Jun-Nicole has pictures of positions for moms who are un-medicated as well as moms who have epidurals.

I have been a doula for over 4 years and learned some new positions I will certainly use in future births.

I think this book a great resource for

  • doulas
  • nurses
  • midwives
  • OB’s
  • birthing moms

It will give great ideas for helping moms to be active, move and be more comfortable throughout their births.

It is available for $8 as an e-book.
