Hospital Childbirth Classes

I just taught a Class 3 in my Hypnobabies class this week.  This is the class where we go over Birth Choices.  After class a Dad commented, “I thought it was just epidural or no epidural, boy was I wrong!” 

Here is a blog post by a nurse who taught hospital childbirth classes, which demonstrates that they are often just to tell you how to be good patients.  She also shares an interesting observation regarding cesareans.
