I don’t love Continous Fetal Monitoring – but this may help

I hated having the monitors strapped on me.  They didn’t seem to pick things up when I moved around.  As a doula they are frustrating too.  I spend a good part of my time at hospital births holding the monitors onto a mom’s belly.

So when I saw these – the Addition

They are something you ADD onto the monitors, which help the monitors to pick up contractions and fetal heart rates more easily.

I have never seen it in action, but would love to know if it helps!!
