Interesting nurse perspective

on the miracle of birth.  She was a doula before she became a L&D nurse.  She compares homebirths to hospital births and it is interesting to hear her point of view.   The difference between the miracle feeling of a homebirth and the science feeling of a hospital birth.

I have only had the privledge of attending one homebirth so far and I agree.  Somehow the peaceful,normal feel of the homebirth allowed me to feel the spirit of the miracle of birth more intensely.  I still feel the amazing aspect of birth at the hospital births I have attended, but it is a little harder to tap into with all the other “stuff”
