There are 35 recipes with pictures in this 48 page book. Covering:
I was at first surprised they included desserts, what kid needs help eating those? But upon closer inspection I found they were yummy desserts with healthy things snuck into them. For instance the popsicles include tofu!
I have my shopping list made up with ingredients I need for the recipes I want to try. I am hoping that by following the tips and making some of these easy foods that Thing 3 will branch out a bit and start to be a healthier eater!
Overall I think this is a good simple book if you need support in feeding your toddler or preschooler. The tips in the front of the book were just as helpful for me as the recipes! The recipes are easy to make and look yummy and fun for your kids to eat.
