Staying Positive

I loved this post by Rural Doctor about Getting Back on the Horse.  It was about a birth she attended after a scary birth the night before.  I love that she is able to stay logical and realize that one negative birth doesn’t mean you have to stop trusting birth and she is able to disconnect from the one and enjoy the next.

Hmmm, maybe I need to do that.  I still haven’t wanted to get back into doulaing, since my last client had that emergency cesarean that hit way to close to home for me.

Maybe it is time for me to get back on the horse, because I really do love it up there.
