I can’t tell you how motivating it is for me to take pictures! My kids are thinking I am a little crazy with all the pictures I am taking.
My Tupperware drawer has been driving me crazy for over a year. I kept re-organizing it and putting it back in the same cabinet. That didn’t work. It was too deep and narrow, so I could never find lids and it always caused a mess almost every day when I made lunches.
I knew I needed a CHANGE. So I followed Laura’s process steps. I decided to think outside of the box and re-organize all my pots, pans, bowls, etc.
I made a Plan of attack – re-org all those cabinets.
Here they are. The other ones have roll out drawers and pretty much served me well. But I had a lot of things there I rarely used, so thought if I put them in the Tupperware cabinet it would free up a drawer for the Tupperware!
I Removed all of the items. (Tupperware and some other things are on the floor)
I Organized all the items into like piles. I made a pile of things to give away or put in the recycling.
I Containerized them – put them in different places.
I will Evaluate – So far SO GOOD! I can actually get my lunch containers out easily and the items I put in the narrow cabinet, I rarely use, except the cutting boards, which are easily accessible.
Solve things that don’t work. (nothing yet)
Smile and enjoy!
(Updated, I have had it like this a few days and still LOVE it!)
Love how you organized everything. Can’t wait to see what you do next week.
