Well, 2 weeks ago my hubby was sick with a bad cold. I thought he was being a baby because he was acting so miserable and I was thinking, “It is only a cold!”
Well, payback sucks because I got his cold and it is MISERABLE! So I didn’t do much at all this past week.
For those who wonder how I blogged when I was sick – I actually write most of my posts ahead of time and schedule them out. So I didn’t actually post anything last week, except my goal post. The rest were already written and scheduled.
- Pray and read scriptures as a family every day. – I don’t think it happened at all!
- Family Home Evening (family night/planning and game) Every Week. Yes – Fun Family Activity last night with the Cousins.
- Eat as a Family 3 times a week. – I don’t think at all – can’t remember.
- Be on time to church each week – Got to go with the cousins!
- Study Scriptures Daily – Listening or reading every day. Still not “studying”
- Pray Daily – yes – prayed extra this week, I needed all the help I could get
- walk 4 times a week – NONE
- Cook healthy homemade meals 3 times a week – Can’t remember.
- Make a Weekly Meal Plan – Yes – for this week. Did not actually follow the one I made for last week because sick.
- Keep the Kitchen Table CLEAN! – Small improvements
- Go on 3 dates a month – Feb – 0.
- Go on a Hike Each Month – Not yet. Seriously, I barely fed my family this past week, let alone hike!
- Be active participant in my 3 book clubs (4th on months only when it is feasible) – I read a lot, already finished reading my book club books for the month.
- Loose 15 pounds – Using Weight Release Program – The sucky thing about sore throats is I only feel better when eating or drinking. Been listening to my CDs while falling asleep, but have been eating and drinking a lot!
- Read 24 books and review them on Good Reads. Well, I would say a benefit of feeling sick is I have a lot of time to read. So this week I completely read 2 books and am almost done 3 more. 4 are organizational/de-cluttering books. So I have been sitting on my sofa reading about all I need to do when I feel better!
