I first started Meditating after reading 10 Zen Seconds.
It made meditation seem doable, it was 10 seconds!!! After doing this for a few years and then got an app and was doing 5 minute meditations. When I started yoga I found my 10 second meditations were so helpful in staying focused and enjoy my yoga practice.
A few months ago I was ready to step it up a notch. But wasn’t sure how.
Luckily I have a wonderful friend who teaches Meditation. She started putting videos on her blog and I started doing longer ones. My favorite lasts about 10 minutes and I LOVE it.
I am calmer and more patient and just at PEACE.
Now Felice is doing an online class on meditations. Even if you have never meditated before, it is perfect for you! I am taking it and am so excited to start a 40 day meditation. I can’t wait to see the benefits I get. 🙂
As I have worked on studying more ways to be a better doula, I have found meditation to be fabulous for all parties involved:) Thanks for the reminder.
