No, this is not a new Star Wars Character. It stands for Home Birth in water after 2 cesareans. There is very inspirational to watch of one woman’s journey to a HBWA2C here.
I remember reading A Thousand Splendid Suns and being so disturbed by the cesarean done on the mom with the breech baby WITHOUT anesthesia. The hospital didn’t have the supplies or trained people, which led to this situation. It made me feel better about my cesarean. At least I didn’t feel it while it was happening!

Not surprisingly T. wasn’t very satisfied with this conversation. She didn’t feel heard or respected. Rather she felt that she had been lectured to.
